The City of Plymouth's uniquely beautiful Downtown with historic buildings centered around the "town square" Kellogg Park, makes it a perfect setting for movie scenes and commercial filming. The City Administration's policy is to work as cooperatively as possible with film makers to ensure that the process is streamlined and straightforward.

The City's Special Events Policy provides specific information for location scouts and managers. The application and a list of fees for associated services (police,municipal services, etc.) is included with the policy. For expedited film production approvals and permits see Section 12.9. and follow those directions.
